Ten Days in October: Peopling The Palace
A major new collaboration between staff and students in Drama, Film, Geography and the Media Arts Technology programme at Queen Mary, University of London. Peopling the Palace will pilot the potential of the newly refurbished Great Hall as an outward facing cultural venue, celebrating it's re-opening with a ten-day festival of art, film, performance and other public events. The festival will mix entertainment, education and socialising in a twenty-first century revival of the original ethos of the People's Palace.
